TCS is headed by Tim Rosser LLB. He is an accountant and chartered tax adviser, a non-regulated barrister, and also has been non-executive director of several SMEs.

Tim passed the Bar Examination before qualifying as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young. After being appointed as director of accounting firm The MacDonald Partnership Plc, he helped develop the company’s niche turnaround business. This laid the bedrock of his corporate turnaround experience. He founded Turning Circle Solutions in 2001 and since then has helped dozens of companies with restructuring, tax and other key issues.

He leads a team of experts in every aspect of business turnaround, and he has a sound working knowledge of each discipline, allowing him to arrive at the best holistic solution. Where necessary, other team members will be brought in to advise. This lean advisory structure ensures that fees can be kept sensible so that clients pay for the quality of work and not for large City offices or other unnecessary overheads.

Tim has four daughters, a dog, a season ticket for Oxford United and a passion for pubs, box sets and quizzes.
